Overview

Use this "On-Server archivelet" feature to create and maintain a virtual archivelet for yourself on the group server. After creating your archivelet, you will be able to use just a web browser to publish and edit your metadata and to upload your fulltext documents.

All the metadata and the fulltext documents are stored on the server and are available for OAI harversters to come and harvest your collection. The archivelet also has a persistent URL for harvesting which you can give to any OAI-compliant harvester to harvest your archivelet.
